pinspiration: Cowboy Casserole
Hi Friend!
i was intrigued by this:

and i just so happened to have a pound of hamburger that needed to meet the frying pan by last night, or i would have to introduce it to the trash can.
while our frozen pizza cooked (i know, Mom of the Year, huh?), i browned the hamburger and all the other parts, and assembled this.
it now sits in the fridge, ready for me to cook and serve for tonight’s meal.
for now, the jury is out. i’ll be sure to share the verdict.
