Backseat DJ

the other day, Big Boy B and i were driving to meet up with AJ.

I had recently unearthed my copy of the introductory CD for Lady Antebellum, and had forgotten how much I enjoyed rocking out with my girl Hilary Scott.

In the middle of one of the songs, I realize that B is getting noticeably agitated, so i turn down the tunes and ask, “What’s wrong buddy?”

to which he responded, “jabber, jabber, jabber.”

so i responded, “is it okay that mommy is singing?”

and he quickly replied, “No!”

yeah, well, see if he gets invited to our next Karaoke night!
